Focus is on the school building itself and its immediate sphere of influence. Work package contains architectural and/or diagrammatic/ spatial mapping of the building and the experiential mapping of the building: student (pupil), teacher and other users interviews. Method used is Diver™ analysis of gathered video material. Additional reference material will be gathered from indoor Field Study in Stanford ´Loft´.

Focus is to understand usability as a supportive element for learning, learning processes and the strategic existence of school as an organization. The aim of this study is to further develop existing usability methodologies to suit school environment assessments and through that increase understanding of the usability of school buildings. Outcomes are concepts for architecture of learning and smart architecture.
