On the urban level the research will generate a description of spatial networks of learning in a community, using the Opinmäki neighbourhood as an example, and produce an urban level planning concept for it.

What are the essential spatial elements/concepts for sustained learning in a neighbourhood?
How can an environment-oriented study book be generated for the learning neighbourhood?
